Getting Started

Do you service my area?

We service commercial and residential clients in the City of Fredericksburg, Stafford County, Spotsylvania County, King George County and Caroline County.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

We will provide the cleaning supplies. Your cleaning team only uses clean, sanitized cloths, mops and supplies in your home. We never bring dirty items into your home.  However, if you have a favorite product, we’d be happy to use it. All products we use are safe for your family and pets.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Absolutely! If you have a special request or task, please select it while booking. You can also ask your cleaners and they will provide an immediate quote for special tasks or extras. You can always provide special instructions to cleaners, such as focusing on a particular room or area.

What is included in a “deep clean” or “move in/out clean”?

Our deep clean and move in/out clean is a more thorough clean where we go over your home with a fine-tooth comb. It includes all the items in a standard cleaning, plus extras! Click here to see what’s included!

It’s good to get a deep clean at least twice per year to make your home sparkle even more!

How do I log into my account?

How do I change my password / reset password?

To change your password, or in case you forgot your password click here.

How do I change my credit card?

Log in to your customer account by clicking here. Once you log in you can update your information.

How do I book my first appointment?

You can book by clicking the “Booking Page” tab at the top of the screen. For your first booking, a deep clean is recommended if your house has not been professionally cleaned in the past month. However, we leave that up to you. Either way, we’ll make sure your house is clean to your satisfaction!

Pricing & Policies

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. Coupons cannot be applied to past appointments.

Trust & Safety

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Yes. Professional Edge Cleaning professionals have passed an extensive background check including reference checks, criminal background and drug testing. We make sure that only the most trustworthy people are allowed into our client’s homes.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Absolutely! If you pay with a credit card, your information is encrypted and secure. Red Door Cleaning does not store your credit card number. All transactions are processed by our provider, Stripe. Click here to read their security posture.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

If you are not satisfied with our cleaning, we will come out for a re-clean. Please let us know within 2 days if something is not up to your standards. Our cleaners are human, and mistakes do happen, but we will make it right!

What is your refund policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied, please let us know! We will re-clean at no charge. If you are still not satisfied, we will refund your money. We’ve never had this happen, but it’s still our policy. We will not refund money until a re-clean has been completed. We want to make sure that you are satisfied. We are a small local business, and your satisfaction is our success.
